However, SF6 inevitably contains trace amounts of low fluoride sulfides during its manufacturing and use, such as SOF2, SO2F2, S2F10O, etc. These gases are highly toxic and corrosive, posing a threat to equipment operation. KDHF-03 can adsorb trace amounts of low fluoride sulfides, acidic substances, and moisture in SF6 gas. According to relevant authorities, our products have surpassed similar Japanese products in terms of the speed and depth of impurity removal.
